Reporting a problem with a conversion

If a file didn't convert, or the result looks wrong, it helps to tell us:

• which way you were converting (Word to PDF, or PDF to Word);
• roughly how big the file was, and how many pages;
• the message SwapDoc showed, if any;
• what looked wrong (fonts, tables, pictures, page breaks and so on).

Please don't email us your document unless it contains nothing private and you're happy for us to look at it. We don't keep uploaded files, so we can't look at one you converted earlier.

For anything about your data, including requests under UK data protection law, email the address above with "Privacy" in the subject line. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Ads on SwapDoc are provided by Google AdSense. We don't sell ad space directly. To report an inappropriate ad, use the "Why this ad?" or "AdChoices" link on the ad itself, or email us with a description and the page it appeared on.
